Out Of The Blue Resort & Spa Agia Pelagia , Agia Pelagia (Crete)

We had a lovely week at the resort, which offered beautiful natural scenery and a spacious room. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, we encountered some issues with air conditioning in our room and found the dining variety a bit lacking. Overall, it was a good experience with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I loved the spacious rooms and the beautiful beach, I found the dining options to be quite disappointing and the service lacking in many areas. The location near the charming village was a definite plus, but some service aspects left me frustrated, especially for a place that's rated high.

My stay at the resort was generally enjoyable, with beautiful views and well-maintained grounds creating a lovely atmosphere. The staff were accommodating and the kids club was a hit with my children. However, I found some inconsistencies in the dining experience, and the room cleanliness could have been improved. Our stay at Capsis Resort offered beautiful grounds and a lot of potential, but it fell short in several important areas. While the beach service and breakfast were delightful, the dining options and service at dinner were a letdown. Also, the facilities and room maintenance could certainly be improved considering the hotel’s luxury claims.
